Our Breakfast Seminar is just over a week away and we have places remaining on it. If you are interested in knowing more about the Charter Mark (which is on billboards around the city) and why a growing number of businesses are signing up to it then come along to it. The Breakfast Seminar will provide you information on what it is, what it involves and how, if you wish, to get your business involved.
We have all seen the statistics demonstrating that businesses who address their culture understand the power of diversity and will have the competitive edge moving into the coming years. These statistics show that the top quarter of businesses on gender diversity are 21% more likely to have above-average profits than the bottom quarter, and for every 10% increase in Gender Diversity in the senior executive team, earnings before interest and tax rose by 3.5%. Companies committed to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture will be much more attractive employers to future talent.
Christine White, Head of Business at Diversity Mark (Northern Ireland’s only independent, not-for-profit organisation) will explain how their aim is to enable and support companies in achieving a Charter Mark that recognises their commitment to Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace. Christine will demonstrate the benefits to your business of becoming a member and also explain the membership process and be available for any questions or discussions after the presentation.
